Welcome to Multiply Curriculum, owned and operated by Youth Pastor Co, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including our curriculum and strategy resources (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are:

• At least 18 years old.

• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

• Using the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Creation and Security

• To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Multiply Curriculum offers an annual subscription service, with the option to pay either annually or quarterly. The subscription provides access to curriculum resources, strategy tools, and other digital content.

3.2 Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at multiply@youthpastor.co.

3.3 Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

3.4 Small Church Discounts

We offer discounts for small churches. To inquire, contact multiply@youthpastor.co.

4. License to Use Content

Upon subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal church or ministry use. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell our content.

• Modify or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent.

• Use our content for commercial purposes outside of your organization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided through the Services are the property of Youth Pastor Co, LLC and/or its licensors. Except for the limited license provided, you have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use our content will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Youth Pastor Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth Pastor Co, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
