Terms of Service

Welcome to Multiply Curriculum, owned and operated by Youth Pastor Co, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including our curriculum, coaching, and strategy resources (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, and using the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Creation and Security

  • To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are for use within a single church or ministry. Sharing login credentials or distributing downloaded content outside your ministry context is prohibited.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Multiply Curriculum offers several membership options — including Curriculum, Coaching, and All Access — which provide access to curriculum resources, coaching, strategy tools, and other digital content. Specific plan features and pricing are shown at checkout.

3.2 Annual Commitment & Billing

All subscriptions are a 12-month commitment. You may choose to pay annually (one payment per year) or quarterly (billed in installments across the 12-month term). Choosing quarterly billing does not shorten the commitment — you are agreeing to the full 12-month term, paid in quarterly installments.

3.3 Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term unless canceled before the renewal date. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including renewals.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at multiply@youthpastor.co.

  • Annual payers: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you retain access through that date.
  • Quarterly payers: Because quarterly billing is part of a 12-month commitment, your cancellation takes effect at your annual anniversary date. Remaining quarterly installments for the committed term may still be charged, and you retain access through the end of that term.

3.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of any new subscription purchase or renewal, provided you have not downloaded or accessed curriculum, coaching, or other digital content during the current billing period.
  • Once any content has been downloaded or accessed, or once the 14-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable, and the 12-month commitment described in Section 3 applies.

Except as described in this section, all payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. License to Use Content

Upon subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal church or ministry use.

You may:

  • Edit curriculum and outlines to fit your teaching style
  • Use graphics and videos in your church services and ministry settings
  • Print and distribute materials to the students in your ministry

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our content with other churches or ministries
  • Modify or create derivative works for distribution outside your organization
  • Upload our content to other platforms for public access or download
  • Claim our content as your own original work for commercial purposes

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided through the Services are the property of Youth Pastor Co, LLC and/or its licensors. Except for the limited license provided, you have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use our content will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youth Pastor Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth Pastor Co, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
